This reference is to the statement by the leader of SMF (Swedish Missions Association) expressing his satisfaction with the new Swedish law that criminalizes acts of “offense” and “disrespect” of homosexuals.  Translated into your language it reads (in part): 

The SMF leader satisfied with the law against incitement

Krister Andersson, the leader of the SMF, is pleased with the new law against incitement that was enacted by the Parliament for the first reading this week. ‘Life always takes precedence over hypothetical arguments, he asserts in his electronic weekly letter. During his 35 years as a minister, and 50 years of listening to sermons, he has never encountered situations where those passages of Scripture that deals with homosexuality have been necessary to teach. Andersson assumes that other Christians have had the same experience.
